Long-term fiscal planning

Adopt and implement newly developed financial management policy

Continue to strengthen planning with the town (Town-School Partnership Committee, Expenditures and Revenues Study Committee)

Align finances with the PSB Strategic Plan

Deepen the "sense of belonging" in the schools

Opportunities for project-based, authentic learning

Wide range of course work including CTE (Career Technology Education, early college) at BHS and middle grades

Support Superintendent Wong and advance her efforts

Staff professional development, collaboration of teams, and effective evaluations

In-district leadership development opportunities

Recognition of innovation of staff and teachers

Racial justice and equity as a central focus of programming and decision-making

All students will have access to support they need to be successful

Mentoring programs for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ staff

Support equity teams at the pre-K–8 and BHS schools

Review of science Curriculum pre-K–12

Strengthen consistency of the middle school programs and schedules

Continue to support Tier 1 Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Expand efforts of Tier1 supports PreK–12 to develop Tiers 2 and 3 supports

Full implementation of new literacy program K–8

Encourage participation and feedback in the development of the Vision of a Learner

Restore staff position for communications and sharing data with the community

Continue to offer a wide opportunities for public comment and input to the School Committee and staff
